"ARES can detect and generate reports on ship status and relay them automatically, greatly helping communication.

Use your mouse to interact with the ARES. F4 for full screen, then F3 to fill the screen.

Press CTRL or ALT during dialogue to see a message log with recent messages you saw on screen. Press SHIFT to skip dialogue should you need to do so.

ARES directive is to generate and deliver reports. Remember this whenever you're stuck."

// Report - F.A.Q. with no spoilers

"You can see a list of the reports acquired so far from the Root Interface by clicking the 'Reports Saved' text at the bottom."

"Other type of data acquired will also appear in the Root Interface and can be seen in the same way. Media like audiologs, for example. Which you should definitely check."

"For when you reach the Sentinel addon: When using the sentinel and encountering a random subject, there's four options to choose from. One of the bottom three is the correct one, and the first one gives you a vague hint. It's always the same hint/correct choice pairing, so you can guess it if you see the same hint."

"The ship is in a very dire state and people are stressed. I reckon only the Research and Operations quarters will have the time to talk."

"Bad ending is a game over. It doesn't count as one of the 'true' endings."

"It lies."

// Report - Known Issues

"When visiting the Low-Decks and interacting with 'subjects', always pick first option, then second option. There's a rare common (sorry) bug where choosing the second one first will trigger an image without a proper trigger and leave you soft-locked"

"When Sentinel gets destroyed by the 'intruder', the bad ending does not get triggered and the message loops. It's still a game over though."

"Kelsey and Hepner are not in the locator. They had some flavor text that didn't make it through, but it has no weight in the story. And it is Hepner, I made an oopsie.  Only one name has impact on the story when used in the locator, you'll know which one."
